RSVP's will be handled on our website. Please be ready to RSVP after you receive your invitation. There will be a QR code that you scan on your invitation, or you can locate the "RSVP" section on the website.

This is a formal, "All Black Affair". We ask that all guests wear all black attire. Men may wear white or black dress shirts.

We are happy to have children at our wedding, but we also want them to be safe and comfortable. Please be mindful that some aspects of our celebration may not be suitable for kids, and keep an eye on them accordingly.

You should arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. We will close doors at 4:57PM.

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will take place outside.

Yes, we have a block of rooms at 2 hotel locations. The Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Pier Park Area and The Fairfield Inn and Suites Panama City Beach. Please follow the links on the, "Travel & Lodging" section to book the locations that we have blocked. We have also provided a few hotels that we do not have a block of rooms for, but they are close to the venue.
